Class Descriptions

This class is for beginners who are ready to learn the foundations of pilates and do not currently have pain, injuries, or physical limitations that require special modifications. If you do need individualized attention or have any physical concerns, we recommend starting with our Introductory Package ( 2 private sessions + 1 group class) to ensure you receive focused instruction and personalized care.

This is also perfect for those who already have pilates experience but are new to our studio! As a classical pilates studio, we follow the original system developed by Joseph Pilates. Attending this class is an essential first step before joining our group classes. This allows us to teach you proper form and safety protocols, assess your movement and alignment, as well as determine how to support you as you continue your pilates journey.

Semiprivate Reformer Class 

Each Semiprivate Group Reformer session is designed to ensure that every participant receives the individual attention they need to progress in their own Pilates journey. These reformer classes often integrate additional apparatus including mat, tower, and chair, providing a comprehensive and varied workout. These classes cater to all skill levels however are not for first timers or those new to the studio. New clients should take the first timer class or the introductory package.

Slower Paced Reformer Class

The Slower Paced Semiprivate Group Reformer session caters to beginners and those needing a slower pace due to various concerns including vertigo, those who need guidance for their modifications, processing/neurological differences, or injury recovery making them perfect for anyone looking to enhance their core strength, and improve overall flexibility and balance in a supportive, safe and attentive environment. These reformer classes often integrate additional apparatus including mat, tower, and chair, providing a comprehensive and varied workout. Low Back TLC Class

This class is designed for clients who have mild to moderate lower back issues and are looking to strengthen, stabilize, and move safely under the guidance of a knowledgeable instructor. We’ll focus on building core support, improving posture, and increasing mobility through controlled, mindful movement on the reformer and other Pilates apparatus.

Because every back is different, this is not a first-timer class. Clients with back concerns should begin with our Introductory Package (2 private sessions + 1 group class). These private sessions allow your instructor to assess your individual needs and determine whether this class—or another option—is best suited for you.

In this class, expect a slower-paced, supportive environment that prioritizes proper alignment, control, and individualized modifications to help you build strength safely and confidently.

Hardcore Mat Class

Get ready to meet your powerhouse! This 50 minute mat class follows the classical Pilates method while adding a twist - props designed to fire up your core, challenge your stability, and tone your entire body from head to toe. You’ll move through dynamic sequences that build strength, control, and endurance - all rooted in Joseph Pilates’ original principles. Expect to connect deeper to your center and discover just how strong your core really is. 

Open to all levels.
