Adrienne
Founder / Pilates Instructor
After a vibrant career as a hair and makeup artist in the fast paced world of fashion, Adrienne sought a new direction—one that harmonized her professional ambitions with her commitment to health and wellness.
Adrienne’s journey into the world of Pilates began in 2004, as she sought to strengthen her hypermobile joints. The practice became a transformational tool throughout her pregnancies and recovery from two C-sections, allowing her to regain abdominal strength and stabilize her hips. Pilates also played a crucial role in her recovery from a broken ankle, shoulder dislocations and ongoing genetic back issues, unleashing a newfound passion for this discipline.
Recognizing the profound impact Pilates had on her life, Adrienne became a certified health and wellness coach and began Pilates teacher training in 2019. She further honed her expertise by completing her comprehensive Pilates teacher training under the esteemed Juliet Harvey at Beacon Pilates in 2021. Adrienne believes that Pilates beautifully complements her love for strength training and other exercise regimens, allowing her to cultivate a holistic approach to fitness.
Today, as the owner of Fitt Pilates and Wellness Inc., Adrienne is dedicated to empowering others on their wellness journeys. Her passion lies in helping individuals discover their strength and achieve their fitness goals, creating a welcoming environment where everyone can thrive. Kayla
Owner / Pilates Instructor
Kayla is a Pilates instructor dedicated to helping others find strength and balance, both physically and mentally. After seven years as a middle school teacher, she transitioned into Pilates following the birth of her two children. It was through motherhood that Kayla discovered the transformative power of Pilates, which helped her regain her strength and reconnect with herself.
Certified in both Mat and Apparatus through Beacon Pilates, Kayla combines her teaching background with her Pilates expertise to create a supportive environment for students of all levels. She is passionate about guiding others through mindful movement, helping them improve posture, flexibility, and overall well-being. As a mom, Kayla understands the importance of self-care and encourages her students to prioritize their health in their busy lives.
Whether new to Pilates or an experienced practitioner, Kayla is committed to helping each student feel their best with every session.
Ashley
Apprentice Instructor
Ashley Horner Jarl is excited to join the Fitt family as an instructor after years as a dedicated student of classical Pilates. A former Division I athlete, lifelong fitness enthusiast, and active equestrian, Ashley has always understood the value of strength, mobility, and discipline. With 16 years of experience teaching middle school, she brings patience, encouragement, and a clear teaching style to her classes. Now, as a mom of three, Ashley appreciates more than ever the importance of maintaining strength, balance, and mobility throughout every stage of life—and she is passionate about helping others do the same through the practice of Pilates.
Cailin
Apprentice Instructor
Cailin joined Fitt Pilates in February and quickly fell in love with the practice. After feeling stuck in her workout routine, she was searching for something new — and found not only a way to strengthen her body, but also a practice that profoundly supported her mental health.
A sales executive by day, Cailin was drawn to Pilates because it fit into her busy lifestyle and helped her show up as the best version of herself both at work and beyond. With a background in coaching girls lacrosse, she has always been passionate about leadership, motivation, and guiding others toward growth. When Adrianne introduced the Pilates teacher training program, she knew this was the perfect next step — a chance to merge her love of movement with her drive to empower others.
Now as an Apprentice Instructor, Cailin is especially inspired to help other “corporate girlies” and busy professionals discover the same balance, strength, and confidence she has found through Pilates. Her goal is to create a welcoming and supportive space where students can prioritize themselves and leave each session feeling stronger inside and out.
