Absolutely! Pilates develops core strength, rotational mobility, flexibility, and balance, all of which can support a more powerful and efficient golf swing while improving overall movement on and off the course. One of the main principles of Pilates, balance, refers to muscular balance. Many sports, such as golf, can create one sidedness in the body. Pilates helps to cross train the body balancing out the muscular, structural, and neurological connection; thus reducing back pain and increasing flexibility.
